Neil U. Sison - CPA, CFE, CISA, CIA

Managing Director

Mr. Sison has over fourteen years of experience in handling clients in various engagements including information systems and security audit, process risk consulting and reengineering, business fraud, systems design and implementations, operating manual preparation, external and internal audit, tax, business process outsourcing and other consultancy services.

He spent more than seven years with Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (now Ernst & Young), the leading accounting firm in the Philippines as Associate Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory Group, Business Risk Consulting and Business Fraud. He started his career with Punongbayan and Araullo (then Ernst & Young Philippines) in the Audit Division for one year.

Mr. Sison was an SGV & Co. awardee for fraud examination in 1999. He is a Certified Public Accountant and internationally (US) certified as Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor.

He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines and an active member of (1) Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (2) Association of Certified Fraud Examiners based in the USA, (3) Information Systems Audit and Control Association based in the USA, (4) Institute of Internal Auditors (5) SOX Compliance Professional Association, (6) Association of CPA in Public Practice and (7) Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.

Alina Corillo-Sison - CPA, CIA

Ms. Sison has over thirteen years of extensive experience in finance, controllership, internal and external audit, and taxation. She established the Firm’s services in internal audit outsourcing, finance and accounting outsourcing, tax, and business registrations and permits.

She was a former Finance and Administration Manager of a German multinational Company, Accounting Manager and Internal Audit Manager of Philippine Seven Corporation (the operator of 7-eleven convenience stores in the country). She was also previously connected with Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. GV-Ernst and Young International) in the Assurance and Business Advisory Division for five years.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and internationally (US) certified as Certified Internal Auditor.

She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines and an active member of (1) Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (2) National Institute of Accountants in Australia, (3) Institute of Internal Auditors (4) SOX Compliance Professional Association, (5) Association of CPA in Public Practice and (6) Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.

Cielito Lindo K. Parone - CPA

Mr. Parone has extensive experience in finance, controllership and external audit. Prior to SCP & Co., he was a finance and accounting consultant, a finance manager of a local company and formerly connected with Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) for three (3) years and KPMG for two (2) years in the Assurance and Business Advisory Division. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of the Philippines.
