Fees

Once we determine the client requirements, we will provide them a proposal for review and consideration. Every search is unique, and we are flexible in satisfying the needs of clients. Thus, our fees will vary, based on the time and expenses required to produce the results desired. Typically our fee will be a fixed percentage of the negotiated first year salary for the successful candidate, plus approved expenses.

Each search includes at the onset a detailed budget outlining all fees and projected expenses and disbursements. Consulting fees include all services; expenses detail projected disbursements for recruitment and assessment.
Guarantees

Should the chosen candidate fail to meet the requirements of the position or conduct herself or himself in a manner resulting in termination, or leave for personal reasons within six months, we will undertake a new search of our design and provide you with a new shortlist of a minimum of three qualified candidates without additional cost other than standard disbursements.
